He was very understanding and accommodating when it came down to scheduling home viewings. He always worked around our schedule to make things work for us. He gave us his advice but was never pushy about anything. He took the time to explain everything knowing that we had no experience or a clue as to what we were doing. I am a customer service representative's worst nightmare, not because I'm unreasonable but because I expect service to be commensurate with the cost $$. In the NYC area realtor fees can be significant so with saving a few bucks in mind I stuck it out for six weeks. At wits end, I contacted a professional realtor and I literally moved into my apartment in a week. Matthew was not only able to meet my budget he checked off everything on my must have list esoecially the most important requirement 'now.' On his own initiative, he negotiated my immediate occupancy at no cost 10 dyas prior to the first of the month. Furthermore, a month after move-in I needed help negotiating a couple of issues which Matthew immediately responded to and resolved immediately. His superb services did not end at the closing of the contract he ensured I was completely satisfied long after he needed to."
